National Trends from the Second National Patient Satisfaction Survey

This poster was presented at the NHF 70th Annual Bleeding Disorders Conference and the American Thrombosis and Hemostasis Data Summit in October 2018. It shows the first results from the Second National Patient Satisfaction Survey that was conducted in mid-2018 and asked about care given in 2017.

Judith Baker of the Center for Inherited Blood Disorders and University of California Los Angeles, Brenda Riske and Rick Shearer of the Hemophilia & Thrombosis Center at the University of Colorado Anshutz Medical Campus, presented a webinar on the strategies used to develop the first national survey of satisfaction of care at HTCs in the United States. In this webinar, the panelists describe methods they used to administer the survey to HTC patients, and management and analysis of the data collected from respondents.
